Handoff System
Problem
While deploying Rex's redesigned website, the team noticed a significant disparity in what we envisioned the product to be, and what it what. Before allowing ourselves to go to deep into production so the same problems don't continue, I did a deep dive to see what the problem might be and figure out how to solve it.
Solution
My research highlighted the gaps between the product, engineering, and design team and our solution was to create a Design Handoff System that enabled all three teams to communicate more effectively and deploy higher quality products faster, with less disparities and more collaboration.
Results
The Engineering and design team saw significant results in their production times and quality of output.
